Like Dasavala this plant too is common in all gardens of Karnataka. It is very easy and tough to discard. Grows very fast and suits all soil types with very little water. Flowers are fragrant but the plant is very poisonous. This is the only plant species widely grown in spite of its poisonous nature. It’s one of the favourite plant of highway authorities as its sure to survive once planted in highway road dividers. No much care, water or attention this plant thrives and outsmarts all other plants.
Despite the danger, oleander seeds and leaves are used to make live casino medicine. Oleander is used for heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, cancer, judi bola painful menstrual periods, leprosy, malaria, ringworm, spaceman indigestion, and venereal disease. Oleander is also used to cause abortions.
